The Improvement Act of 1911 (Part 1 (commencing with Section 5000) of Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code), the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 (Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 10000) of Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code), and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 (Part 1 (commencing with Section 8500) of Division 10 of the Streets and Highways Code) are applicable to the district.
