§ 697.910

Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1364, Sec. 2. Operative July 1, 1983, by Sec. 3 of Ch. 1364.

This article applies to liens created by any of the following:

(a)An examination proceeding as provided in Section 708.110, 708.120, or 708.205.
(b)A creditor’s suit as provided in Section 708.250.
(c)A charging order as provided in Section 708.320.
