§ 1297.303

Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 23, Sec. 1. Effective March 7, 1988.

An arbitral award on agreed terms shall be made in accordance with Article 4 (commencing with Section 1297.311) of this chapter and shall state that it is an arbitral award.
