§ 17359

Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.

The provisions of Sections 17266, 17268, 17300, 17302, and 17309 shall not apply with respect to the manufacture, sale, or lease of factory-built school buildings if this article is otherwise complied with.
