§ 17433

Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.

Any rental payments required by any lease or agreement entered into pursuant to this article may be paid in annual installments or may be prepaid from state funds or other funds of the school district permissible by law to be used for those purposes at any time during the period of the lease or agreement.
