§ 17595

Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 263, Sec. 18. Effective January 1, 2008.

Nothing in this code shall preclude the governing board of any school district from purchasing materials, equipment, or supplies through the Department of General Services pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 10299 of the Public Contract Code.
