§ 16021

Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.

A school district shall not expend money apportioned under this chapter unless the contracts under which the funds are expended have been let after competitive bids thereafter pursuant to this code.
