Whenever the Director of General Services has certified an additional amount of eligible debt service under the provisions of Section 16073, the Controller shall make a recomputation of the annual repayment and notify, in writing, the board of supervisors of the county, the governing board of the district, the county auditor, and the county superintendent of schools having jurisdiction over the district of the revised repayment. The recomputation and notification shall be completed prior to the date on which the board of supervisors makes the levy of taxes for county

purposes.
