§ 26304

Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 608, Sec. 17. Effective September 19, 1996. Applicable from July 1, 1996, pursuant to Sec. 58 of Ch. 608.

An employer shall provide timely notice to the system of the employment, death, or termination of employment of a participant.
