§ 12034

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

The funds received by the state under the provisions of these federal acts shall be paid out by the State Treasurer on warrants drawn by the Controller and requisitioned by the State Board of Education in carrying out the purposes of these federal acts.
