§ 12515.5

Repealed and added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 18, Sec. 2.

For the 1981–82 fiscal year and each fiscal year thereafter, funding for the purpose of payment of annual dues for the support of the Educational Commission of the States shall be provided within the annual Budget Act appropriation to the State Department of Education.
