§ 35521

Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 1192, Sec. 2.

Any petition to a county officer or agency in an action referred to in Section 35520 shall be presented in each county. The sufficiency of the petition shall be determined jointly by the county superintendents who have jurisdiction over the districts in which any petitioners reside.
