§ 39831.1

Added by renumbering Section 38047.5 by Stats. 2015, Ch. 303, Sec. 75. (AB 731) Effective January 1, 2016.

The state board shall adopt regulations to require a passenger in a schoolbus equipped with passenger restraint systems in accordance with Section 27316 of the Vehicle Code to use a passenger restraint system so that the passenger is properly restrained by that system.
