§ 44463

Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.

An intern shall have the right to change school districts upon completion of a school contract year and become an intern in a new school district if recommended by the new school district. A new application recommending issuance of a new internship credential shall be submitted by the school district in behalf of the individual and the renewal procedures shall be followed.
