§ 49464

Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1246, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1993.

The State Department of Health Services and the State Department of Social Services shall be provided with scientifically valid results of the health assessment that may be used to base revisions of school curriculum, state health programs, and teacher and personnel training related to child health and development.
