§ 51802

Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 569, Sec. 30. Effective January 1, 2008.
(a)The governing board of a school district maintaining a home teaching program, or providing home instruction as authorized by law for pupils with disabilities, may provide home teaching or instruction on Saturday.
(b)No pupil shall be required to attend a home teaching program or home instruction on Saturday without the consent of his or her parent or legal guardian.
