§ 56602

Repealed and added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 492, Sec. 51. Effective January 1, 2003.

Pursuant to subparagraph (C) of paragraph (16) of subsection (a) of Section 1412 of Title 20 of the United States Code and Section 80.40 of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations, the superintendent shall submit to the board, the Legislature, and the Governor, a biennial performance report of the special education programs implemented under this part.
