§ 56839

Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 691, Sec. 49. Effective January 1, 1999.

For purposes of Sections 56837 and 56838, the superintendent shall use the most recent population data, including data on children living in poverty, that are available and are satisfactory to the United States Secretary of Education.
