§ 94874.5

Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 593, Sec. 7. (SB 1192) Effective January 1, 2017. Repealed as of January 1, 2027, pursuant to Section 94950.

An institution that is otherwise exempt from this chapter shall comply with the requirements of Section 94927.5.
