§ 67393

Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 1068, Sec. 1.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, this chapter shall not apply to the California Community Colleges unless and until the Legislature makes funds available to the California Community Colleges for the purposes of this chapter.
