Not later than September 1, 2005, the Chancellor of the California State University shall do all of the following:
(a)Standardize all nursing education program prerequisites for the various campuses of the California State University on a systemwide basis.
(b)Require the campuses of the university that maintain nursing education programs to negotiate and implement articulation agreements with community college districts from which they receive a significant number of nursing students.
(c)Implement the recommendations of the Intersegmental Major Preparation Articulated Curriculum (IMPAC) project not later than September 1, 2004.
