§ 70020

Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 50, Sec. 2. (AB 94) Effective July 1, 2013.

The Middle Class Scholarship Fund is hereby established in the State Treasury. Moneys in the fund shall be allocated, in accordance with this article, to make higher education more affordable.
