(a)A petition initiated under subdivision (a) or (b) of Section 74131 shall be filed with the county superintendent of schools having jurisdiction over the nondistrict territory.
(b)A petition initiated under subdivision (c) of Section 74131 shall be filed with the county superintendent of schools having jurisdiction over the territory in which the community college district is located.
