§ 87602

Amended by Stats. 1988, Ch. 973, Sec. 36. Operative July 1, 1991, pursuant to Sec. 70(e) of Ch. 973.

For the purposes of other provisions of law:

(a)A contract employee is a probationary employee.
(b)A regular or tenured employee is a permanent employee.
