§ 90123

Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 1298, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1994. Operative July 1, 1995, by Sec. 1.5 of Ch. 1298.

The trustees shall determine what provisions of law are contrary to the mission and operation of the academy and shall propose any legislation considered necessary and desirable for the mission and operation of the academy.
