§ 1140.6

Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 139, Sec. 3. (AB 288) Effective January 1, 2026.

Notwithstanding any other provision of state law, the board shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all phases of the administration of this part to determine whether any person or entity meets one or more definitions set forth in Section 1140.4.
