§ 7302.1

Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1149, Sec. 13. Effective January 1, 2003.
(a)Any person who contracts for or authorizes the erection, construction, installation, or material alteration of a conveyance without a permit in violation of Section 7301.1 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than seventy thousand dollars ($70,000), imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one year, or by both that fine and imprisonment.
(b)Any employer or contractor who contracts for or engages in the erection, construction, installation, or

material alteration of a conveyance without a permit in violation of Section 7301.1 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than seventy thousand dollars ($70,000), imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one year, or by both that fine and imprisonment.
