§ 443.5

Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1028, Sec. 1. Effective September 29, 1992.

No moneys received by or administered by the state under the federal HOME program which is part of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act (P.L. 101-625) shall be used for purposes of this article.
