§ 1105

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 728, Sec. 2. Approved in Proposition 16 at the March 7, 2000, election.

The proceeds of bonds issued and sold pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Veterans’ Home Fund, created by Section 1103.
