§ 20513

Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 465, Sec. 11.

The contract shall specify a date certain when the improvement shall be started, the date to be not more than 30 days after the execution thereof, and that the contract shall continue in force for a period of one year from the effective date of the contract.
