§ 20830

Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 256, Sec. 98.

The provisions of this article shall apply to contracts by highway lighting districts as provided for in the Highway Lighting District Act pursuant to Part 4 (commencing with Section 19000) of Division 14 of the Streets and Highways Code.
