§ 1060.5

Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 862, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1997. Note: This section prescribes a delayed operative date (July 1, 1997) for Chapter 4, commencing with Section 1060.

This chapter shall be operative on and after July 1, 1997.
