§ 2350

Amended by Stats. 2008, Ch. 293, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 2009.

As used in this chapter:

(a)“Conservator” means the conservator of the person.
(b)“Guardian” means the guardian of the person.
(c)“Residence” does not include a regional center established pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 4620) of Division 4.5 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.
