§ 16242

Enacted by Stats. 1990, Ch. 79.

The trustee has the power to do any of the following:

(a)Pay or contest any claim.
(b)Settle a claim by or against the trust by compromise, arbitration, or otherwise.
(c)Release, in whole or in part, any claim belonging to the trust.
