(a)The commission and Energy Commission shall collaborate to develop and maintain a list of community-based organizations to help ensure adequate public outreach in low-income, disadvantaged, rural, tribal, and unincorporated communities regarding available programs and incentives.
(b)In developing the list pursuant to subdivision (a), the commission and Energy Commission shall work with existing advisory committees and low-income oversight boards, and with current community-based organizations engaged at their respective agencies.
