§ 848.8

Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 46, Sec. 5. Effective June 7, 2004.

Notwithstanding any other law, regulations adopted to implement this article are not subject to the rulemaking provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code).
