§ 98030

Added by Stats. 1967, Ch. 978.

The Board of Supervisors for the County of Santa Cruz, the Santa Cruz City Council and the Capitola City Council may pass a joint resolution, declaring that in their opinion, public interest or necessity demands the creation and maintenance of the Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District.
