(a)On the basis of data in the annual reports submitted pursuant to Section 99243 and the information submitted pursuant to Section 99406 to the Controller, the Controller shall
compile, publish, and make publicly available on the Controller’s internet website the submitted data and information on or before November 1 of each year.
(b)The Controller shall take steps as the Controller deems necessary to ensure that the data and information submitted are adequate and accurate.
