§ 100055.1

Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 381, Sec. 16. (AB 2196) Effective January 1, 2017.

The VTA shall not establish the proposed service or system, or maintain and operate the service or system until it has completed the purchase of the existing system or any part thereof.
