§ 100121

Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 381, Sec. 41. (AB 2196) Effective January 1, 2017.

The VTA may contract with any department or agency of the United States of America, with any public agency or with any person upon terms and conditions as the board finds is for the best interest of the VTA.
