§ 102161

Amended by Stats. 2011, Ch. 536, Sec. 5. (AB 957) Effective January 1, 2012.

At any time, any city, county, or other public agency may contract with the district for the performance of services on behalf of the district by the legal counsel, controller or fiscal officer, or treasurer of the city, county, or public agency.
