§ 105076

Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 341, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2003.

The district shall be considered the succeeding agency to the “Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit Authority” for the purpose of receiving funds available under paragraph (30) of subdivision (a) of Section 14556.40 of the Government Code.
