§ 28844

Any investigatory file compiled by the BART Inspector General is an investigatory file compiled by a local law enforcement agency subject to disclosure pursuant to Article 1 (commencing with Section 7923.600) of Chapter 1 of Part 5 of Division 10 of Title 1 of the Government Code.
