§ 40062

Amended by Stats. 1990, Ch. 983, Sec. 3. Operative December 1, 1991, or sooner, as prescribed by Sec. 8 of Ch. 983.

The board shall determine the number of, and appoint the officers of the district. Any officer of the Orange County Transportation Authority may also serve as an officer of the district.
