§ 125352

Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 150, Sec. 23. Effective January 1, 2006.

It is the intent of this section that the district shall file application for funds for public transportation in conformity with, and subject to the limitations set forth in, the San Diego Regional Transportation Consolidation Act (Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 132350) of Division 12.7) under Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 99200) of Part 11 of Division 10.
