§ 131262

Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 301, Sec. 3. Effective July 14, 1986.

The majority of the members of a county transportation authority constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business, and all official acts of the authority require the affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the authority.
