§ 131280

Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 301, Sec. 3. Effective July 14, 1986.

A county transportation authority shall close its affairs and be terminated within 180 days after the completion of the projects listed in the county transportation expenditure plan and upon retirement of all the bonds authorized to be issued pursuant to this division.
