§ 130455

Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 114, Sec. 1. Effective May 25, 1990. Note: This section provides for contingent operation of Article 10, commencing with Section 130450.

This article shall become operative only if the Los Angeles County Transportation Commission, the Orange County Transportation Commission, the Riverside County Transportation Commission, and the San Bernardino County Transportation Commission, each adopt a resolution making this article applicable to it, in which case the operative date of this article shall be the date upon which the latest of those resolutions is adopted.
