§ 130400.5

Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1320, Sec. 1.

The Legislature, by the enactment of this article, intends the county and cities therein to use any additional funds provided them by this article to supplement existing local revenues being used for public transportation purposes. The county and the cities therein are further encouraged to maintain their existing commitment of local funds for public transportation purposes.
