§ 150052

Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 1521, Sec. 1.

The authority shall hire only that staff as may be necessary to meet its responsibilities, but shall strive to use the existing Tuolumne County LTC staff and committees to the greatest extent possible. The Tuolumne County LTC shall be reimbursed by the authority for any staff services it provides.
